Absolutely! If you’d like to swap items or build a completely customized box, simply contact us for a tailored quote.
Yes! You can include a special message for each box—and if you order multiple boxes, each can include a unique note for each.
Prefer to write your own message? Simply add a note at checkout requesting a blank card to include with your gift.
Yes—we ship across the United States and APO addresses. Current shipping estimates are shown at checkout.
Our gift boxes are prepared by hand with attention to detail. Orders generally process and ship within 2–3 business days.

Currently, we ship only within the U.S.
Each box is carefully packed with protective materials and wrapped with ribbon. If your order includes fragile items, we take extra care to ensure safe arrival.

PERSONALIZATION, RETURNS & SOURCING
Yes! We can create in corporate gifts, wedding welcome boxes, event gifting, and client gifts. Custom logo printing, branded packaging, and bulk pricing options are available.
For orders over 10 boxes (or when custom branding is needed), please reach out to us at gift@mainemademailed.com for a custom shipping quote and timeline.
Because our boxes are assembled specifically for each order, all sales are final. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us with a photo and we’ll send a replacement item.
We partner with small-business artisans and makers to carefully curate each box. Our goal is to highlight craftsmanship, quality, and the unique stories behind every item.
While many products come from Maine, some items are sourced from outside the state—but always from Maine-made businesses.
Whenever possible, our boxes feature eco-friendly products and packaging to help reduce environmental impact.
Yes—changes or cancellations are accepted if made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, the box may already be in production.
