At Maine Made & Mailed, every gift is carefully assembled, beautifully packaged, and shipped with the utmost care. Below are our guidelines for processing, delivery, and shipping options.

1. Processing Time

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.
During peak seasons or for large/custom orders, processing time may vary. If additional time is needed, we will reach out promptly.

Custom, corporate, or bulk orders may require longer lead times; please contact us for scheduling before placing a large order.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
Available shipping options will be shown at checkout and may include:

  • Standard Shipping
  • Expedited / Priority Shipping
  • Overnight Shipping (select regions only)

Carrier transit times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Local Hand Delivery (Portland, Maine Area)

We offer local hand delivery for large orders or select destinations near Portland, Maine. This service must be arranged prior to checkout, please contact us for information at info@mainemademailed.com.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or lack of access, the order will be considered fulfilled. A redelivery fee may apply for a second attempt.
